2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 2 & rural areas: 5–7 working days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to national holidays, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹49 charge on orders below ₹499
4. Order Tracking
Track your orders using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.
Our customer support team is also available to assist in case of delays or tracking issues.
5. Undelivered Orders
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to rearrange or cancel the shipment.
Shipping fees for re-attempts may apply.
